At the end of a wooded lane on the north face of Bordeaux Mountain, this converted artist
studio awaits you. With its own private parking, gated entrance, and patio, the Studio looks
out over the Caribbean Sea. Glass on three sides allows 215-degree views that stretch from Jost
Van Dyke to Tortola, then south to the lesser British Virgins just floating there. Seven
minutes to Coral Bay, 15 to Cruz Bay. Truly for someone who wants to get away from it all
yet has access to civilization in a few minutes. Perfect for nature lovers and people who

Ayn, the artist, wanted a very private place to paint and do pottery and built her house for
that lifestyle. In 2013 I crashed into her life and changed all that. Two years ago we decided
to share her Studio and art with guests. You will understand when you arrive.
